18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

The operator of pussypics.net limits their undertakings with regard to sexually explicit content provided by third-party users to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, or formatting only. The areas of pussypics.net on which user contributed content is presented are under the control of those users. The operators are thus exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations pursuant to 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content on pussypics.net that is determined to contravene the terms of use or other policies of the website will be deleted by the operator without delay, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).

With respect to any photos and videos on the website, for which the operators may be regarded as either the primary or secondary “producer,” said photos and videos are not bound by the provisions of 18 USC 2257 Statement and 28 C.F.R. 75 because they do not portray sexually explicit conduct or they portray only simulated sexual conduct.
